Thank you for your purchase! We appreciate you choosing to shop online for your own little Polka Dot Whale. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 100% guarantee return policy on all our items with policy/exceptions noted below:
1. Your item(s)
must be returned within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving.
2. All items must be
unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
3.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your credit has been applied. Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of notification for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
4.
Note: All Sale items are non-returnable (e.g. final close out items, sale items, and
items marked below original price) at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned with all sales final.
They may be only exchanged.

Packages missing the above information and/or missing their original order # clearly marked on their return label outside the box may be returned at the cost of the

How Should I Ship My Package Back?
We strongly suggest that you use a shipping service that offers a tracking
number and insures your package. In the event that you want to check on
your return, having a tracking number will allow you to know exactly where your
return package is:). The most popular choice for our customers is

How Will I Know That My Return Package has been
Credited?
As soon as we receive your return package and credit your account, you
will receive an email notification including your original order number and the
amount of the credit. Your credit will appear on your bank statement in
time for your next statement (generally between 2-5 business days, depending on
your bank).
